Get Technical Help
Before requesting technical help, please read the help pages. Additionally, when requesting technical help please include the following to help us resolve your problem:

• Your operating system type and version (i.e. Windows XP)
• Your browser type and version (i.e. Internet Explorer 6.0)
• A description of the problem. For example, if the puzzles do not load then tell us what appears on the screen instead of the puzzle and whether the puzzles have ever worked for you.
